Since I am a home based business working under Washington's Cottage Food Law, I am unable to ship. My cookies are only available for local pick-up in the Vancouver, WA area.

A minimum of two weeks is preferred but that doesn't mean the date will still be available. Custom cookies have a minimum order of one dozen (must be the same theme). There is a minimum order of 2 dozen for minis (must be the same theme).

Custom cookies are more expensive because the cookies are designed, baked and decorated for you personally. Starting with the information you provide, I sit down to design a cookie theme to fulfill your needs. Everything is hand made from scratch with quality ingredients and care. Once the cookies are baked, cooled and the royal icing is made, I hand decorate each cookie, allow to dry and then come back to add more detail as many times as the design requires. The cookies are then heat sealed in cellophane bags and packaged in a bakery box. There is attention to every detail: design, ingredients, process and packaging.

Cookies will not be made until full payment has been received. The due date on your invoice will reflect two weeks prior to pick-up. If you cancel your order less than two weeks prior to pick-up date and the cookies have not been made, you will receive a refund of 50%. I am unable to provide a refund if the cookies have been made.
